Law enforcement agencies, including the HCSO Investigative Services Detectives, Criminal Warrants Detectives, and the SWAT Team, along with personnel from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, executed the arrest at Brackett’s residence on Poplar Street, NE, in Cleveland. Brackett was taken into custody without incident and now faces multiple charges related to his threats against the judges.

Separate Incident Involving Gang Members

In an unrelated incident, three confirmed gang members were arrested in Hamilton County as part of a multi-agency operation. Investigators acted upon a tip regarding an individual with outstanding felony warrants who was possibly in possession of narcotics and firearms. Surveillance conducted at a residence located in the 500 block of FM 1241 led to the arrest of five individuals on drug-related charges and the detention of an additional seven adults.

During the operation, methamphetamines were observed in plain view, which prompted further investigation and the issuance of a search warrant for the residence. The identities of those arrested have not been disclosed, as investigations continue, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Furthermore, a citizen recently reported finding suspected narcotics in the 5900 block of Reagan Lane. The substances were placed in safekeeping at the local Police Department as officials conduct their investigation into the matter.
