The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, along with other local police departments, were responsible for apprehending these individuals who face charges ranging from possession of controlled substances to theft and fugitive status.

Among those arrested was Carrie Annette Atkisson, 49 years old, out of Chattanooga. She was taken into custody by the Hamilton County Sheriff. Aveus Marquel Bailey, 32, also from Hixson, faced charges including possession of a controlled substance and driving on a revoked or suspended license.

Another significant arrest was that of Marcell Jermez Beard, 34, who was wanted for being a fugitive from another state, as well as for issues related to nonsupport. In the same operation, Ramone Rashaad Bragg, 43, was also captured on charges of being a fugitive.

Other individuals facing serious allegations include Andre Jamason Collier, 47, who was arrested for possessing a firearm with intent to go armed alongside drug possession and driving violations. Additionally, Christian Tyler Cox, 21, was arrested for a probation violation concerning drug paraphernalia.

More Arrests and Charges

The list continues with Newell Brad Crook, 53, charged with theft of property, while Ismael Conde Hernandez Sales, 33, faced multiple charges including driving under the influence and several other traffic violations.

Markel William Jackson, 24, from Hixson, and Cassie Denise Meeks, 27, a resident of Crossville, were also part of the arrests. Meeks faces a series of drug-related charges, including possession of heroin, marijuana, and meth with intent to sell or deliver.

Law Enforcement Actions

The arrests highlight a robust enforcement effort by local authorities to crack down on a range of criminal activity, focusing particularly on narcotics and driving violations that pose risks to the community.
